1. Incentive policies on calling for investment in Ha Tinh

- Decision No.72/2006/QD-TTg issued on April 3, 2006 by the Prime Minister, establishing and promulgating operating regulations of Vung Ang economic zone in Ha Tinh Province.
- Decision No.16/2007/QD-UBND issued on April 27, 2007, by the Provincial People’s Committee, providing a number of policies on preferences and support for investment in Vung Ang economic zone and other industrial parks of Ha Tinh Province.
The Province has also adopted policies on investment in tourist development and on attraction of talented people.

2. Province’s Land Rent

+ Decision No.461/QD-UBND issued on February 10, 2006 by the Provincial People’s Committee, promulgating categories of land in Ha Tinh Province.
+Decision No.1020 QD/UBND issued on April 11, 2006 by the Provincial People’s Committee, promulgating land and water surface rents.
+ Decision No.1954/QD-UBND issued on August 11, 2006 by the Provincial People’s Committee, amending and supplementing the land price in Ha Tinh Town.

3. Policies on Promoting Industrial Plant Development

- Prioritizing loans from various sources: State preferential credit, development assistance fund in support of post-investment interests for tea varieties production, tea growing and tending and tea processing equipment installation.
- The Province’s budget supports the price of new high-yield tea varieties with 100VND/per head (1.8 million VND/ha) and the interest in the first two years.
- Prioritizing infrastructure investment in tea areas and the investment budget supports the research and transfer of technology of varieties.
- Supporting 1 million VND/ ha for pineapple growing reclaimed land and 500,000VND/ha for restoring the pineapple cultivation.
