Going from Ha Tinh City southward to Cam Xuyen Township, then following provincial road 4 for 13km, visitors will arrive at Thien Cam. Thien Cam’s coastline is nearly 3km long, running from Thien Cam Mountain in the north to Cua Nhuong estuary in the south.

It slopes gently and has smooth sand, clear blue water and a casuarina forest with green trees all year round. On Thien Cam Mountain stands a pagoda which was built during the Ly Dynasty. The pagoda is not large, but is sacred and tranquil. Located to the south of Thien Cam is Nhuong Ban Village, which is known not only for making fish sauce but also for Cheo Can chantey, a unique folk festival.

 Visitors to Thien Cam can also visit many beautiful landscapes, such as the Cua Nhuong estuary, Boc Isle, En Island, Ho Quy Ly Cave, fresh water streams and enjoy specialties, such as shrimp, crabs and snails. Now there are eight hotels with 550 rooms, including two 3-star hotels in this tourist site.

 Ha Tinh Province and Cam Xuyen District have stepped up the popularization and promotion of investment with preferential mechanisms and policies to attract capital to add 600-700ha to the northern area of Thien Cam tourist site under the “Thien Cam high-grade health resort” plan. The plan will increase the total area of Thien Cam to 1,000ha and make it a national tourist resort by 2010. The Thien Cam tourist site, together with Yen Lac Pagoda relic and Ho Ke Go ecological tourist site, will attract thousands of domestic and foreign visitors.
